Odysi Suite: the CRM, calls and projects that your own AI runs
Three apps on one Odysi account: Odysi CRM for companies, people and deals; Odysi Scribe for calls and dictation, with the desktop Odysi Recorder; and Odysi Projects for the client work that starts once a deal is won.
Odysi holds and shows your data. The reading, logging and drafting is done by the AI you already use, Claude or ChatGPT, through the Odysi connectors, with your access and your team's written rules. We built it to run our own studio, and we work in it every day.

Odysi holds the record. Your AI does the work.
Odysi has no built-in AI agent. Odysi CRM and Odysi Projects never write, draft or decide anything with AI: they keep your companies, people, deals, notes, tasks, meetings, emails, files and projects, and show them as tables, boards, record pages and reports. The work is done by the Claude or ChatGPT your team already uses, through a connector.
- Each person connects their own Claude or ChatGPT, and it works with that person's access, never more.
- The connector tells it to read your Playbook first: the team's written rules and your own.
- Every change it makes shows the person and their AI, for example “Thomas ◆ via Claude”.
- Connect once: new features reach your existing conversations and scheduled tasks without reconnecting.
- Odysi Scribe calls AI providers itself, to transcribe calls, name the speakers, match calls to meetings, write meeting notes when you ask and polish dictation. Apart from Odysi Scribe, the only model Odysi calls is a classifier in Odysi CRM that suggests how CSV columns map to fields and checks possible duplicates.
Odysi CRM: a flexible CRM that keeps the history of every value
Companies and People come ready, Deals switch on when you create the workspace, and you can add your own objects and attributes: 18 attribute types, formulas included. Your AI fills it in from your email and calendar. You look, sort and decide.
- Views: Table and BoardFilters, sorting, saved views in tabs, inline and bulk editing, and a side peek. Your changes stay a personal draft until you choose Save for everyone.
- The record pageOverview, Activity, Emails, Files, Notes, Tasks, Comments and Meetings, on one page per company, person or deal.
- The history of every valueEach value is kept with the dates it was true, so the CRM knows what a field said on any day, and reports can look back.
- ActivityEvery change in the workspace, filtered by deals, emails, notes, tasks, meetings and calls, files or person. A change made through a connection reads “Thomas ◆ via Claude”.
- Meetings and emailsYour AI writes meetings in from your calendar and logs the emails it read in your Gmail on the right people, companies and deals. First, last and next interaction come from meetings and notes; connection strength also counts calls.
- Tasks and NotesTask views with status, dates and priority, as a table or a board. Notes with templates such as Meeting notes, tags, pinning and backlinks.
- ReportsFunnel, time in stage and historical reports, dashboards with drill-through, and report documents your AI writes while Odysi computes the numbers live. Share report gives a public link you can revoke.
- Imports and duplicatesCSV import with suggested column mapping and 7 days to undo it. Duplicate checks, and merges you can undo for 30 days.
- Connect your AIA guide inside the app that walks you through connecting Claude or ChatGPT, step by step, on your own plan or your company's.
Odysi Scribe: recorded calls transcribed, speakers named, matched to the meeting or deal
Record or upload a call and Odysi Scribe returns a transcript with every speaker named, attached to its meeting or deal. Or speak, and get clean, finished text where you were typing.
- Odysi Recorder for Mac and WindowsIt records your microphone and the computer's own sound, so headphones work with Zoom, Meet, Teams or any app. When a call app takes the microphone, it offers to record and matches the call to your meeting. It removes loudspeaker echo and updates itself. For macOS 14.4 or later and Windows 10 or later.
- UploadDrop audio or video files on the Scribe page or on a record, several at once, up to 2 GB each.
- Speakers named, calls matchedSpeakers are separated and named from the audio and the context. A clear match is attached to its meeting or deal, with Undo; an unclear one shows Suggestions.
- Exact and CleanRead the exact words or an easier Clean version. Edit a turn (the original is kept), move it to another speaker, or use Split here when one recording ran on into the next call.
- Listen backA compact copy of the audio is kept for 7, 30 or 90 days, as your workspace chooses (30 by default), with play from any turn. Download audio is always there.
- Create meeting notesOne click and Odysi Scribe has Claude write the note on the meeting and the deal, with the next steps as a checklist. Never automatic, and never turned into tasks.
- WordsA list of names and terms spelled your way, plus suggestions Scribe learns from your own corrections.
- DictatePress ⌘' (Ctrl+' on a PC) in Odysi CRM or Odysi Projects and speak, up to 15 minutes a take. On a Mac, Odysi Recorder also lets you hold Right Option in any app and pastes the text at the cursor. Polish goes from None (exactly what you said) through Light and Medium to Full (finished writing), or your own prompt, and each sentence stays in the language you spoke it in.
- On your phoneOdysi Scribe installs on the home screen from crm.odysi.studio/voice. Each take is saved on the phone until its text is back, so a bad connection loses nothing.
Privacy. Odysi never keeps dictation audio. The AI providers' copies of call audio are deleted as soon as the text is back, and Odysi does not use customer data to train AI models. Let everyone on a call know it is being recorded.
Odysi Projects: where a won deal becomes a client project
On request · Runs today for Odysi Studio and its clients
The studio's team and its client work from one place: workstreams, tasks and approvals, decisions, meetings from Odysi Scribe, files and key documents, results measured before and after, and a project playbook that tells everyone's AI how to work.
- New project, from won dealsStart from one or more won deals in Odysi CRM. The company, people, meetings, calls and files come across, and a setup interview asks only about what is missing.
- Team only or ClientEverything shows who can see it. Anything your AI creates starts as Team only, and View as client shows exactly what the client sees.
- Drafts to checkWhen your AI wants to show the client something, it waits here by default until a person publishes it, with what changed since it was drafted.
- To reviewClient requests, proposals your AI pulled from email or WhatsApp, and calls to link. A person accepts each one, declines it or turns it into something else.
- CommitmentsWhat was promised, each line with its quoted source and confirmed by a person, beside a separate Not included list. Your AI checks a client request against the Commitments and flags it if it falls outside them.
- Key documents and approvalsProposals, contracts, change orders and invoices on one shelf; once signed, a document is locked and checked on every download. Ask one person at the client to approve an exact version, and the answer can be undone for 10 minutes.
- ResultsKPIs with a source and a recipe your AI follows. Every number carries its evidence, starts unconfirmed and Team only, and only a person can confirm it.
- CapacityFor admins: people across 12 weeks, from estimates, working hours and time off. A change of date or effort says who it overloads.
The client's side. Clients sign in with a link sent by email, no password, and see their turn, milestones, shared tasks, approved meeting notes, decisions, confirmed results and documents, on a phone or a computer. They can send a request, answer an approval or upload files, in English or Spanish, as the project is set. They can also connect their own Claude or ChatGPT, which reaches their project and nothing else.
A week with the suite, for a small team
A week for a team that sells and then delivers the work, with all three apps switched on. Each step says who does it: you, your AI, Odysi or your client.
-
MondayFirst thing
“What do I have to do this week?”
You ask Claude. It reads the Playbook first, then Odysi CRM (tasks due, deals with no next step) and Odysi Projects (our turn, waiting on the client, drafts to check), and answers in one list.
YouYour AI -
MondayThe sales call
The call files itself
When the call app takes the microphone, Odysi Recorder offers to record, matched to the meeting your AI logged from your calendar. Afterwards Scribe transcribes, names each speaker and attaches the call to the meeting and the deal.
YouOdysi -
MondayStraight after
The follow-up, in your own words
You click Create meeting notes and Odysi Scribe writes the note. Then you ask your AI for the follow-up: it reads the note, the deal and the Playbook's writing rules, writes the email for you to send from Gmail, and logs it on the deal. Odysi never sends email from your mailbox.

TuesdayEvery morning
The CRM stays current without typing
A scheduled Claude task reads the week's email and calendar, writes summaries as notes and events as meetings, and moves deal stages. Each change reads “Thomas ◆ via Claude” in Activity and on the record.
Your AI -
WednesdayBetween calls
Writing by speaking
You hold Right Option on your Mac and dictate a reply in Mail at Medium polish, or press ⌘' in a note in the CRM.

ThursdayThe deal is won
A project, from the deal
In Odysi Projects you choose New project from the won deal, and its company, people, meetings, calls and files come across. Your AI drafts the Commitments from the proposal and the contract, each line quoted, and a person confirms them.
YouYour AI -
ThursdayThe client joins
The client sees their turn
The client signs in from an email link, answers an approval and sends a request. It lands in To review, where your AI flags it if it falls outside the Commitments. They can also ask their own ChatGPT “what do you need from me?”, and it sees only their project.
Your clientYouYour AI -
FridayResults and reports
Numbers with their evidence
Your AI follows each KPI's recipe and records the numbers with their evidence; once a person confirms them, the client's Results update. In the CRM it writes the week's report document while Odysi computes the figures live. The status update for the client waits in Drafts to check until someone publishes it.

How the three apps fit together
- One Odysi account and one workspace: the same members, data and workspace logo in Odysi CRM and Odysi Projects.
- The app switcher: “Odysi CRM” or “Odysi Projects” at the top of each sidebar, with the same menus and keyboard shortcuts in both.
- Scribe and Dictate appear in both. A call is filed once and linked everywhere: on the CRM meeting and deal, and proposed for the project that holds that deal.
- A won deal becomes a project, and a teammate can work in Odysi Projects without any access to the CRM.
- Two connectors, Odysi CRM and Odysi Projects. Each person signs in to them with their own Odysi account.
- Your AI keeps its own connectors for Gmail, Google Calendar and Drive, and writes what matters into Odysi. Odysi does not sync your inbox or calendar.
- Every change shows who made it: “Thomas” when he clicked, “Thomas ◆ via Claude” when his AI did.
What makes it different
Your AI, not ours
No built-in agent. Odysi CRM and Odysi Projects never write, draft or decide anything with AI; you bring the Claude or ChatGPT you already use.
The history of every value
Values are kept as time intervals, so you can see what changed, when and by whom, and report on any past date.
Nothing anonymous
Your AI acts as you, with your permissions. Every change it makes carries your name and its own.
The Playbook
The team's written rules and each person's private ones, read by your AI at the start of every conversation. A setup interview fills it in with you.
Connect once
New abilities reach your existing conversations and scheduled tasks without reconnecting anything.
No sync to set up
No inbox or calendar sync, by design. Your AI reads Gmail and Calendar with its own connectors and writes into Odysi.
Clients bring their own AI
In Odysi Projects, a client's Claude or ChatGPT reaches only their project, and what your AI makes stays Team only until a person shares it.
Your records, exportable
An admin can export Odysi CRM as one JSON file: every record with its full history, plus lists, notes, tasks, comments and meetings. Deleted records can be restored for 30 days.
Where the data lives: Odysi's Privacy Notice, a beta text, places the database in Ireland and stored files in Amsterdam; the AI providers Odysi Scribe uses, and the one Odysi CRM uses for imports and duplicates, are in the US.
Where it stands today
All of it is a beta, and we would rather you knew exactly what that means before you sign up.
- Odysi CRMOpen to businesses: sign up with an email and a password, free during the beta.
- Odysi ScribeIn beta in every Odysi CRM workspace, on Odysi's keys within a monthly beta allowance, or on your own provider keys.
- Odysi RecorderThe Mac app is not yet notarized by Apple and the Windows app is not yet code-signed, so your Mac asks you once to choose Open Anyway, and Windows asks twice (keep the download, then More info and Run anyway). The download page shows each step.
- Odysi ProjectsOn request. We switch it on per studio; today it runs for Odysi Studio and its clients.
- The betaNo uptime commitment yet. The Beta Terms and the Privacy Notice are beta texts, to be reviewed before the public launch.
- NextOdysi Scribe as its own app, and a new paper look across the three apps.
