01What does Odysi actually do?

We’re a small studio that builds AI, automation and software into real business operations. We spend time inside how you work, find the few places where AI is genuinely worth it, build those things properly, and leave your team able to run them without us.

02What does an engagement look like?

Three steps. First we find: we sit inside your operations and map them honestly, because most of what’s technically possible isn’t worth doing, and we tell you plainly where it is. Then we build the few things that pay, wired into the systems your people already use, with no new platform to adopt and no team to hire. Then we hand over: we train your people and document everything, so when we leave you keep a working tool and the understanding to maintain it.

03Do we need to be technical, or hire an AI team?

No. Everything we build runs inside the tools your team already works in, and we document and train your people so it keeps running after we’re gone. The goal is to leave you self-sufficient.

04What kinds of projects do you take on?

Websites and web apps, internal tools, automation, and AI woven into existing workflows. Recent work includes a WhatsApp system for vehicle certification (Fixlab), a self-scoring mortgage pre-qualification tool (Urban Capital), a financial-literacy product inside GCash (Overview Effect), a prospecting engine for retail (Odysi Reach), and a rebuilt hardwood catalog with a custom pricing tool (Saint Charles Hardwoods).

05How fast can you build?

Faster than most people expect. We use modern AI-assisted build tools deliberately, one recent outbound engine went from nothing to discovering 600+ companies and sending 135 personalized emails in under two weeks. We move quickly because we build only the few things that matter.

06How much does it cost?

We scope each engagement to the work in front of us rather than selling a fixed package, so pricing depends on what’s genuinely worth building. The first conversation costs nothing and is specific: we’ll tell you plainly whether there’s a project worth doing and roughly what it would take.

07Is AI always the answer?

No, and we’ll say so. A great deal of what’s possible with AI isn’t worth doing. Part of our job is telling you where it isn’t, so you spend effort only where it pays. We’re deliberately anti-hype.

08Who is behind Odysi, and where are you based?

Odysi Studio Inc. is a US corporation registered in the State of Wyoming. It was co-founded by Thomas Trincado and Mike Tucci, with James Tucci collaborating part-time on the sales side. We work with clients remotely; full corporate details are on our legal notice.

09How do we get started?

The easiest first step is a short call or a message, whichever suits you. We’ll ask a few quick questions, then point you to the right next step. We won’t pitch you.
