Odysi helps companies implement AI where it is worth it: mostly AI agents that answer customers on WhatsApp (and draft email replies a person sends), plus AI process automation and document review, built on each client's own rules. Our agent for Fixlab, a vehicle certification lab, has been in production since June 2026, and we leave every team able to run what we build without us. We work fully remote, with clients wherever they are. We were co-founded by Thomas Trincado and Mike Tucci; James Tucci joined later and works with us part-time on operations and logistics. What is an AI studio, and how is it different from an AI consultancy?
An AI consultancy advises: it studies how your operation runs and recommends where AI fits. An AI studio also builds what it recommends and puts it into production. We do both: we find the few places where AI pays for itself in money or time saved, build only those, and hand them back to your people to run.
What does an AI implementation consultant do?
Takes AI from an idea to something your team uses every day: picks the process where it pays, builds it on your data and systems, tests it against a bar agreed in writing, and hands it over with documentation. That is our work, done by the founders themselves. Most of it today is WhatsApp AI agents and AI process automation. Yes. We work with small and mid-sized companies where one repeated task takes hours of someone's week, such as answering the same questions on WhatsApp or checking the same documents. We start with that one process. If the volume is too low for AI to pay for itself, we tell you on the first call.
