An AI studio for mid-sized companies · Est. MMXXV

AI where it's worth it.

Odysi is a small studio. We work inside your operations to find where AI is worth it, build those few things properly, and leave your team able to run them without us.

Sterna paradisaea, the Arctic tern, in flight
Plate I · Sterna paradisaea The Arctic tern travels farther than any creature alive, pole to pole and back each year. It goes where almost nothing else does. That is the spirit behind Odysi: AI is the new frontier, and we've been mapping its outer limits so we can act as your guide, whether that means steering you through tried and true territory or pressing into the unknown together.

We don't sell hype.

Companies come to us under pressure to "do something with AI." We look at how your operation actually runs and find the few places where the technology genuinely pays for itself in money or time saved. We build only those, properly and in plain sight, then hand them back to your people to run.

We respect craft and the people who do the work. AI should make the good parts of a job easier, never replace the judgment that makes them good. We use it only where it genuinely earns its place, directed by a person at every step.

What we do

Three kinds of work we take on.

Plate I / III

AI in customer operations

The problem

Your team answers the same customer questions by hand. Replies are slow, and nobody can trace what was said or why.

What we build

Conversational systems on WhatsApp and webchat that answer the answerable questions instantly, capture what's needed, route and triage, and bring a person in only when one is genuinely needed.

Internal tools and automation

The problem

People do work that software should: manual steps, data scattered across systems, the same numbers copied by hand from one place to another.

What we build

Custom internal tools and automations that pull data together, score it and act on it, shaped around one team's real workflow rather than a generic platform you have to bend to.

Smart websites and products

The problem

Most websites just sit there. A site describes what you do instead of doing any of the actual work.

What we build

Sites and products with intelligence built in, so the page becomes a real tool that calculates, qualifies, recommends and captures, rather than a brochure that only informs.

How the work goes

Three steps
01 / 03
·· POSITION FIXED
Step 01 · Find

We find where it's worth it

We spend time in your operations and map them honestly. Most of what's possible isn't worth doing. We tell you plainly where it is.

Step 02 · Build

We build the few things that pay

We build those things and put them into daily use, wired into the systems your people already work in. There is no new platform to adopt and no team to hire.

Step 03 · Hand over

We leave you able to run it

We train your people and document everything. When we go, you keep a working tool and the understanding to maintain it.

Not sure an AI project is worth it? Score it.

Five questions, two minutes, an honest verdict: build, fix the weak spots first, or wait. The same framework we use on client work.

If you're under pressure to "do something with AI" and tired of being sold to, we're easy to talk to.
